Tyler grew up in Butler, Pennsylvania, where hustle mattered and handshakes meant something. A lacrosse scholarship took him to college, and his grit eventually led him into a highly successful medical sales career. He flew coast to coast for Johnson & Johnson, navigating big money and even bigger pressure in New York City.
One day, standing in an operating room, Tyler had a realization. He was helping save lives, but he was not saving his own. He wanted a place built on high energy, real people, and honest work. He wasn’t chasing pizza at first; he was chasing a bolder idea of community and connection. He found the perfect match for this dream in Asheville, a city with a huge personality packed into a small-town frame. Tyler proved that the world gets better when people refuse mediocrity and show up big. Today, he is still that kid from Butler, just holding a much larger slice.
